Last week, the IRGC and other suppressive forces in Sistan and Baluchistan made widespread arrests in Zahedan and other cities in the province, in order to prevent another uprising on Friday. The suppressive forces set up checkpoints, blocked people’s paths, including Shirabad and Karimabad paths, so that they could not reach Makki Mosque for the prayers.
