The horrendous assault and murder of 16-year-old Nika Shakarami by corrupt and criminal IRGC agents has filled hearts with deep sorrow, and intensified the anger of every Iranian against Khamenei and his thugs a hundredfold, reinforcing the resolve of all freedom-lovers in the fight against this oppressive regime.
Nika, is the continuation of hundreds of courageous Iranian youth, such as 13-year-old Fatemeh Mesbah, the “little black fish” who bravely rose against the tide of oppression and joined the ocean of resistance in their quest for freedom; taken to the gallows by the mullahs.
Khomeini issued a fatwa calling for sexual assault on teenage girls before execution. However, the defiance and resistance of MEK women and girls in face of these atrocities left an eternal mark of disgrace and defeat on the dark legacy of the regime.
