Call for Urgent Action to Save Reza Rasaei and Habib Deris, Two Political Prisoners Facing Execution
We urge the United Nations, the UN Human Rights Council and the UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Iran to take urgent action to save the lives of political prisoners Reza Rasaei and Habib Deris who face imminent execution.
The Iranian regime’s Judiciary must also withdraw the fake and cunning execution verdict against the popular rapper Toomaj Salehi.
These verdicts represent the flip side of the regime’s strategy to clamp down on Iranian women and break out of the crisis engulfing the entirety of the regime.
Today, Mullah Makarem Shirazi declared support for the State Security Force Commander, Ahmadreza Radan, for his crackdown on women. Shirazi is a top clergy in the regime who reaped more than 100 million dollars of unlawful profit from sugar trade.
The Iranian people’s response to the mullahs’ misogynistic regime, which relies on execution and massacre, is resistance aimed at overthrowing it and achieving freedom.
