Norwegian Parliament Foreign Committee hears Maryam Rajavi on Iran and Ashraf in its formal meeting
Norway parlIn a formal meeting of the Norwegian Parliament’s Foreign Affairs Committee on Thursday, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, spoke about the latest developments in Iran and the achievements of the Iranian Resistance.
She explained about the deepening rift within the clerical dictatorship as people’s nationwide uprising continues unabated. She also spoke about the regime’s desperate efforts to acquire nuclear bomb against an international consensus which was reflected in the latest resolution adopted by the International Atomic Energy Agency last month.
Mrs. Rajavi outlined mullahs’ plots against residents of Camp Ashraf, members of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), in Iraq and denounced the Iraqi forces inhumane siege on the Camp and efforts to displace them by force. She underlined for the members of the Foreign Affairs Committee the need for international measures to guarantee the rights of Ashraf residents under the international conventions.
